Pixelscan Proxy checker Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pixelscan Proxy Checker (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Pixelscan provides a proxy analysis service that includes:

  • Fraud score assessment
  • IP address and network information
  • Country and approximate location data
  • Proxy type and risk indicators

Results are informational and analytical only.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

Users are responsible for:

  • Keeping login credentials secure
  • All activity under their account
  • Managing their subscription and billing details

Pixelscan is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access due to user negligence.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Abuse, overload, or disrupt the platform
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service
  • Use Pixelscan to bypass laws or third-party platform rules
  • Submit IPs or data you do not have the right to use

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

Pixelscan provides risk signals and probability-based assessments, not guarantees.

We do not guarantee:

  • That any proxy or IP will avoid bans or restrictions
  • That fraud scores are error-free or universally accepted
  • Acceptance by third-party platforms

Use the Service at your own risk.

6. Payments & Billing

For paid subscriptions:

  • Fees are charged as displayed at checkout
  • Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
  • Pricing and plans may change with prior notice

7. Suspension & Termination

Pixelscan may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • The Service is abused or misused
  • Required by law or security concerns

8. Intellectual Property

All Service content, software, and branding belong to Pixelscan.

Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Pixelscan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for bans, losses, or penalties caused by third-party platforms

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Pixelscan from claims resulting from:

  • Misuse of the Service
  • Violation of these Terms or applicable laws

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.

Continued use of the Service means acceptance of updated Terms.
